Our high quality silk bedding and related products improve your sleeping quality dramatically.  Why return or exchange and pay more shipping?  Please click here to see our articles to help you choose the right product(s) for you.  You will be happy you made the right choice.  However, if you insist on returning the product(s) you buy; please note the following conditions apply:

• You must contact us to obtain an authorization code.  We will provide you with a return physical address. Package will NOT be accepted without an authorization code.
• The product(s) must be in its original packaging states, unused and unsoiled.  All item(s) that are used, stained, lost label or tags, washed, damaged, or altered is(are) not eligible for return or exchange.
• You must initiate return or exchange process within three(3) calendar days of product(s) receipt. 
• We must receive your returned product(s) within forteen (14) calendar days from the date of the return authorization.
• A refund will be issued after the confirmation of the receipt of the returned merchandise.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL after twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of purchase.  This should give you enough time to initiate the three (3) days return or exchange process upon receipt of your merchandise.
• If you have received the wrong item, we will ship the correct item to you with no shipping charge when we received your returned item(s).
• All silk 19mm, 25mm, custom order(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.  However, you can cancel your order within three (3) calendar days from your ordering date.  Once the order is processed after three (3) days, All sales are final.
  
• For tracking purpose, please return via UPS or other shipping methods that provides tracking information.
• We do not reimburse any shipping cost to and from the returning and exchange process.  We will need to charge you shipping to re-ship to you.
• All return, cancel, or exchange are subject to 20% re-stocking fee once the items are shipped.
• All sales of silk comforteres >= 5 pieces are considerd custom orders.  All sales are final.
